I have been a licensed Occupational Therapist since 2016 and am passionate about helping Alaskans access innovative, evidence-informed approaches to healing and recovery.
As the owner of Lymphedema Therapy of Alaska and Holistic Alaska, I oversee a multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting individuals affected by lymphedema, chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, and other complex health challenges. Our team provides specialized services including Complete Decongestive Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, compression therapy, Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and other holistic treatment options.
Our clinicians have received advanced training through organizations including the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and Klose Training, allowing us to provide comprehensive lymphedema care tailored to each individual’s needs.
My current focus is overseeing clinical operations and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy services while supporting our team in delivering exceptional patient care throughout Alaska.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing is recommended. For lymphedema therapy or trigger point dry needling, loose-fitting shorts, pants, or a stretchable top may make it easier to access the treatment area. For Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, cotton-blend clothing is recommended.
Do you accept insurance?
Many appointments are billed as Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy services. Some individuals may also qualify for insurance-covered Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Give us a call or send us a text, and we’ll be happy to discuss your coverage and options.
Do I need a referral?
Not always. Every situation is a little different. Just send us the front and back of your insurance card along with your date of birth, and we’ll help you figure out the next steps.
Can you help me with compression garments?
Our team provides compression garment measurements, fitting, education, and assistance with ordering. Insurance coverage and garment options vary, and we’re happy to discuss what may be available.
Is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) safe?
For most people, HBOT is a comfortable and relaxing experience. The most common sensation is slight pressure in the ears, similar to what you feel on an airplane. Most people can easily clear their ears by yawning, swallowing, moving their jaw, or gently opening the ear canals as the pressure changes. Before treatment, we’ll review your medical history. For most individuals, HBOT is well tolerated, but there are a few conditions for which HBOT may not be appropriate, such as a collapsed lung or severe heart failure. For individuals with cataracts or glaucoma, we may recommend staying at or below 1.6 ATA, as higher treatment pressures may increase the risk of progression. We’re happy to discuss any concerns and help determine whether HBOT is a good fit for you.
What can I bring into the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy machine?
Please wear comfortable cotton-blend clothing and avoid perfume. You may bring your phone, Kindle, or laptop into the machine. You’ll leave most personal belongings outside the machine, including purses, jackets, shoes, wallets, and keys. Your belongings can be safely stored with the technician during your session. For safety reasons, please do not bring lighters, vape pens, e-cigarettes, inhalers, hand warmers, food, drinks, or carbonated beverages into the machine. If you have sinus congestion or difficulty clearing your ears, please contact us before your appointment, as it may be best to reschedule. We also recommend avoiding air travel on the same day as treatment and avoiding hair coloring or manicures for 24 hours before your session.
